ABOUT
The Total Development Program (TDP) principals Vern Robateau & Blake Comerford leverage their high-profile local reputations and combined 30 years of experience in working with at-risk children to deliver a three-phase plan to provide innovative alternatives for residential care and development programs for vulnerable youth.

The TDP maximises impact driven social change by initiating early intervention of at-risk children to engage them in holistic care programs for reunification with community, culture, and family (where appropriate) and ultimately, successful independence.

MISSION
To provide a new and innovative model of ‘Family Focused’ care to vulnerable youth in a safe, culturally sensitive, and structured residential environment. Heart centred care will build trust and address the core issues of every individual to heal and nurture them in a homely, stable setting.
Our priority is always to encourage the unique abilities and interests of each young person to re-engage them as valued, contributing members of society.
